This is pretty much my favorite smoothie in the world. It’s super simple and delicious!
3 bananas (frozen if possible)
1 cup blueberries
A handful of spinach
1 scoop of green powder
Apple juice (use as much as desired for personal consistency preference!)
Blend everything together in a vitamix or blend tech preferably and you’ll have a seriously awesome smoothie! If you have a crappy blender then consider not adding the dates. Because well… crappy blenders really suck with dates!
